Вестиме: Setsuko Toyama, Ayako Oiwa, Setsuko Toyama is a teacher and a material writer, and Ayako Oiwa is an associate professor at Keiwa College, Japan. We both love teaching young children.

We will read a picture book “Who Am I?” You will see pictures that can be seen in two ways. Look, listen and figure out a hidden object. Then we will learn words that begin with Aa and words with Aa in the middle.

2. What is gender equality?

Gender equality is not only a fundamental human right, but a necessary foundation for a peaceful, prosperous and sustainable world. There has been progress over the last decades, but we still cannot state that we will achieve full gender equality in the nearest future. That’s why we will talk about this issue in more detail with our volunteer Rivika Jain from India and find out what can we do locally to make the difference! Join our class to learn more about gender inequality and stereotypes, and why it they impact all of the spheres of our lives.
