2. Watch Your Language! What to Say Instead of Swearing

Many people try not to swear at all — or they might try to use other, similar words when angry or surprised, especially when they’re near children. Let’s talk about what words to use to stay cultured!

3. Animal Yoga and Mindfulness

This class will involve a yoga lesson for kids with various poses related to different animals. This class will also include some mindfulness exercises with the book, “Breathe Like a Bear” by Kira Willey.
