ГО “Смарт освіта” разом з українськими вчителями проводить пізнавальні онлайн-зустрічі для дітей та підлітків. Щодня публікуємо оновлений розклад.

РОЗКЛАД ІНОЗЕМНИХ ЗУСТРІЧЕЙ

1. Music, Movement, and Story

Для кого: 6–12 років

Вестиме: Setsuko Tayama, English teacher, Japan

We will read “David Goes to School!” and learn about things in the classroom. We will take a look inside a Japanese school. If time allows, we will review the Alphabet Chant.

2. Balance Birds

Вестиме: Helen Faulkner, Maths and Physics Secondary teacher at Wesley College, Melbourne, Australia

This is partly an investigation into the center of mass and conditions for objects to fall over, and partly a craft project. The students would need access to:

• some cardboard (like a cereal box or similar);
• scissors;
• something to weight the ends of the bird’s wings (like paper clips);
• colored pencils.

3. Maths Support Session or Puzzles

If you have any maths questions from school that you would like help with, I will do my best to answer them!

If there’s time left over in our hour, I will share a puzzle or a game.

4. Future of Transportation

5. The Ocean With 3D Fish

A Value Layers exercise, first painting the ocean and then learning how to draw 3D fish in the water.

What it is like to fly an airplane, an introduction to how you need to use a map, and all the topics you need to learn to successfully plan a flight. Again it would be open ages, but specific math information and language geared to students above the age of 10.
